Hello, I'm James. I've been involved with waxing for many years - either on the receiving end or helping others to remove unwanted body hair.
I'm passionate about being good at waxing and the benefits it can bring. I was inspired to open Man Maintenance in response to growing demand from men for waxing designed for male hair and the male physique, all in a male environment.

I'm friendly and approachable and you can feel free to ask me about any concerns you have. My treatment is also professional and uses high-grade products to ensure optimal waxing results.​
​​​The waxing studio is in my home on the first floor, accessible by a flight of stairs. It's clean, comfortable and warm and cosy and contains everything that's needed to carry out waxing.

My home is a private house on a regular street with no signs, in neon lights or otherwise, meaning the studio can be attended totally discreetly, should you want to keep you hair removal between you and the waxing table.
​​I was trained by Axiom, the leading academy for male waxing in the UK, and I'm also VTCT qualified.
​
Established in 2007, Axiom moved to fill a need for specialised training in male waxing, setting a high benchmark for the male grooming industry.
